14. I would like to + (verb)

တစ္စံုတစ္ခုကို လုပ္ရန္ဆႏၵရွိသည္ဟူေသာအဓိပၸါယ္ကို ျပဆိုလိုေသာအခါ I would like to ကိုအသုံုးျပဳပါတယ္။

ဥပမာအားျဖင့္
"I would like to answer that question."  ေမးခြန္းကိုေျဖခ်င္ပါတယ္။
"I would like to compete in a cooking contest." အခ်က္အျပဳတ္ၿပိဳင္ပြဲမွာပါ၀င္ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္ခ်င္ပါတယ္။
"I would like to explain myself." ကိုယ္အေၾကာင္းကိုကိုယ္ေျပာျပခ်င္ပါတယ္။
"I would like to invite you over." မင္းကိုဖိတ္ၾကားလိုပါတယ္။
"I would like to practice." ေလ့က်င့္ခ်င္ပါတယ္။
"I would like to become a doctor." ဆရာ၀န္တစ္ေယာက္ျဖစ္ခ်င္ပါတယ္။
"I would like to see you more often." မင္းကိုမၾကာခဏေတြ႔ခ်င္ပါတယ္။
"I would like to thank you." မင္းကိုေက်းဇူးတင္စကားေျပာခ်င္ပါတယ္။
"I would like to learn about animals." တရိစာၦန္ေတြအေၾကာင္း ေလ့လာလိုပါတယ္။
"I would like to meet the President." သမၼတနဲ႔ေတြ႔ခ်င္ပါတယ္။

15. I plan to + (verb)

'Plan to' မၾကာေသာ အနာဂတ္ကာလတြင္ တစ္စံုတစ္ခုကိုလုပ္ခ်င္ေသာအခါ သံုးပါတယ္။

Here are some examples:

"I plan to find a new apartment." အခန္းသစ္တစ္ခန္းကိုရွာဖို႔ စီစဥ္ေနတယ္။
"I plan to relax on vacation." အားလပ္ရပ္မွာ အနားယူဖို႔စီစဥ္ထားတယ္။
"I plan to surprise my parents." မိဘေတြ အံ့ၾသသြားေအာင္ စီစဥ္ထားတယ္။
"I plan to wash my car." ကားေရေဆးမလို႔။
"I plan to adopt a child." ကေလးတစ္ေယာက္ေမြးစားမလို႔။
"I plan to impress my boss." သေဌးေလးစားလာေအာင္လုပ္မလို႔။
"I plan to watch a movie." ရုပ္ရွင္သြားၾကည့္မလို႔။
"I plan to save more money." ပိုက္ဆံစုမလို႔။
"I plan to read a book." စာအုပ္ဖတ္မလို႔။
"I plan to learn new things." အသစ္ေတြကိုေလ့လာဖို႔ စီစဥ္ေနတယ္။

16. I've decided to + (verb)

ငါဆံုးျဖတ္ထားတယ္

I've ဆိုသည္မွာ I have ၏အတိုေကာက္အသံုးျဖစ္သည္။ လည္းေကာင္းေနာက္တြင္ decided (ဆံုးျဖတ္ခဲ့သည္) ကိုတြဲသံုးျခင္းျဖင့္ သင္တစ္စံုတစ္ခုကို ဆံုးျဖတ္ခဲ့သည္။

'I've' is short for 'I have' and including the word 'decided' you are stating that you have made a decision or come to a conclusion.

Here are some examples:

"I've decided to accept the job." အလုပ္ကိုလက္ခံဖို႔ ဆံုးျဖတ္ထားတယ္။
"I've decided to complete my degree." ဘြဲ႔ရသည္အထိ တက္ဖို႔
"I've decided to change my bad habits." အက်င့္ဆိုးေတြကိုျပင္ဖို႔
"I've decided to extend my membership at the gym." အားကစားရံုမွာ အဖြဲ႔၀င္သက္တမ္းတိုးဖို႔
"I've decided to form a chess club." စစ္တုရင္ ကလပ္ တစ္ခုေထာင္ဖို႔
"I've decided to hand over my responsibilities." တာ၀န္ေတြကိုလႊဲေျပာင္းေပးဖို႔
"I've decided to help you move." မင္းလႈပ္ႏိုင္ေအာင္(ေျပာင္းႏိုင္ေအာင္)ကူညီေပးဖို႔
"I've decided to interview for the job." အလုပ္အတြက္အင္တာဗ်ဴးဖို႔
"I've decided to increase my work load." အလုပ္ပမာဏကိုတိုးဖို႔
"I've decided to manage a store." စတိုးဆိုင္တစ္ခုတည္ေထာင္ကြပ္ကဲဖို႔

17. I was about to + (verb)

ေတာ့မလို႔

When stating 'I was about to' you are informing someone that you are going to be doing something at that moment or in the very near future.

Here are some examples:

"I was about to go out." အျပင္သြားေတာ့မလို႔
"I was about to go to dinner." ညေနစာစားေတာ့မလို႔
"I was about to go to bed." အိပ္ယာ၀င္ေတာ့မလို႔
"I was about to go to work." အလုပ္သြားေတာ့မလို႔
"I was about to say the same thing." အဒါပဲေျပာေတာ့မလို႔
"I was about to call you." မင္းကိုဖုန္းဆက္ေတာ့မလို႔
"I was about to send you an email." အီးေမးတစ္ေစာင္ပို႔ေတာ့မလို႔
"I was about to mow my grass." ျမက္ခင္းကိုညွိမလို႔လုပ္ေနတာ။
"I was about to order us some drinks." ငါတို႔အတြက္ ေသာက္စရာအခ်ိဳ႕ မွာမလို႔
"I was about to watch television." တီဗီၾကည့္ေတာ့မလို႔

18. I didn't mean to + (verb)

……….မရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့ပါ။

The word 'didn't' is a contraction of the words 'did not'. When using it in a sentence with the words 'mean to' you are informing someone that you did something you regret or are sorry for. This could have been a physical, mental or verbal action.
တစ္စံုတစ္ေယာက္ကို စိတ္မေကာင္းေၾကာင္း၊ ေနာင္တရေၾကာင္းေဖၚျပလိုေသာအခါသံုးပါသည္။
Here are some examples:

"I didn't mean to hurt your feelings." မင္းစိတ္ထိခိုက္ေအာင္ မရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။
"I didn't mean to call you so late." မင္းကိုေနာက္က်မွ ဖုန္းေခၚဖို႔မရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။
"I didn't mean to lie about what happened." ဘာျဖစ္ခဲ့တယ္ဆိုတာနဲ႔ပတ္သက္လို႔ မင္းကိုလိမ္ဖိုမရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။
"I didn't mean to embarrass you." မင္းကိုမႏွစ္ၿမိဳ႕စရာျဖစ္ေအာင္မရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။
"I didn't mean to stay out so late." အျပင္မွာအၾကာႀကီးေနဖို႔မရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။
"I did not mean to say those things." အဲဒီအေၾကာင္းေတြ ေျပာဖို႔မရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။
"I did not mean to make you confused." မင္းရႈပ္ေထြးသြားေအာင္ရယ္လို႔ မရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။
"I did not mean to think you were involved." မင္းပါ၀င္တယ္လို႔ ငါမထင္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။
"I did not mean to cause trouble." မင္းကိုဒုကၡေပးဖို႔မရည္ရြယ္ခဲ့ပါဘူး။
